Membership Form

Please use this form to join USS and become a member. Once we have your completed form, if you've requested an invoice one will be emailed to you. You can pay at the scrap store with cash or cheque, by post with a cheque or by bank transfer. Once you have paid we will give you a membership card, which you will need to bring with you when you come to the scrap store.
